Information RaceLab Arena may collect.
Information is collected when you choose to submit a waitlist, contact, partnership or merchandise-update form. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email, optional phone number, organisation, interest type, participant count and message.

Waitlist and contact forms.
Website forms use Formspree to receive submissions. Information you submit is sent to Formspree and made available to RaceLab Arena so the enquiry can be answered, interest can be recorded or relevant updates can be sent. Do not submit sensitive information through general website forms.

External services.
Formspree processes website form submissions under its own privacy terms. Social-media links lead to external platforms that apply their own privacy policies when you visit them.

Your choices.
You may ask RaceLab Arena to correct or remove information previously submitted through the website, subject to any information that must be retained for legitimate or legal purposes. You can also ask not to receive future project updates.
